Wu Guojiang, joined Longteng Special Steel Group in 2020, and is now the director of the sintering plant, with the title of senior technician of fitter and metallurgical engineer, engaged in the iron and steel metallurgy industry for 26 years, committed to industry improvement and scientific and technological progress. It has successively obtained 19 utility model authorized patents, three Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Quality Achievement Awards, and published seven papers.
After joining the company, he devoted himself to organizing and participating in the construction and operation, commissioning and acceptance of new organized emission projects such as desulfurization and denitrification. Completed the acceptance of sintering unorganized ultra-low emission standards, organized and participated in the sintering gas consumption research, achieved the advanced index level in the industry, continued to promote scientific and technological innovation and industry progress, and created value and benefits for the company and society.
As an industry expert and the company's chief technician, Wu Guojiang also vigorously cultivates a team of high-quality craftsmen and constantly incubates outstanding talents. At present, the team has 2 metallurgical engineers, 1 mechanical engineer, 5 metallurgical assistant engineers, 2 technicians and 3 senior workers.

The college has 10 training classrooms, including industrial robot training room, optical mechatronics training room, virtual simulation training room, industrial control training room, fitter and mechanical assembly training room, hydraulic and pneumatic training room, process control training room, power electronics training room, electric welding training room, and smart classroom, which provides a superior environment for talent training with sophisticated equipment and fine work allocation.
In March 2024, the Craftsman College ushered in the first batch of skill training exams - Longteng New Apprentice Training (electrician, fitter), and also ushered in the first batch of industrial robot and programmable controller skills training trainees of the Craftsman College.
